Refund & Returns Policy

Our Commitment:

We stand behind the quality of our kratom products. In fact, we are so confident in our quality that we offer a straightforward 60-day refund guarantee for both opened and unopened items. Additionally, you do not need to provide a reason for your refund request. To initiate the process, simply return the products, opened or unopened, within 60 days from the date the tracking number indicates delivery, not from the order date.

Conditions for Refund:

Opened products must have 90% or more of the original contents for eligibility. Furthermore, we do not restock opened products and dispose of them. As for return shipping fees, they are typically not covered under our policy. However, if the return stems from an error on our part, we will gladly cover the full cost of return postage.

How to Request a Refund:

  1. Contact our customer support via phone or email (details are available on the contact page).
  2. If eligible, receive a return postage label via email to eliminate the need for a return postage payment.
  3. Take the labeled package to the post office and ensure proper packaging.
  4. We will process the refund through a credit card reversal or by mailing a check to your shipping address.
  5. Allow up to 5 business days for credit or debit card reversals to reflect on your statement.

Exchange Policy: For unopened kratom products, we offer a 60-day exchange policy. Please note that our policy does not cover exchange shipping and return postage. However, in the event that the return is due to an error on our part, we will gladly cover the full cost of return postage.

How to Exchange or Return Unopened Products:

  1. Contact our customer support via phone or email (details are available on the contact page).
  2. If eligible, receive a return postage label via email to facilitate the return process.
  3. Take the labeled package to the post office and ensure proper packaging.
  4. Inform customer support of the mailed package, and they will monitor the return label tracking.
  5. Upon receiving the return, customer service will provide a new shipping label for the exchange or process the refund.
