Here are our shipping polices to ensure your order ships the same day, please complete your purchase by the following deadlines (Central Standard Time):
- Monday – Friday: 4:00 PM CST (USPS orders by 2:00 PM CST)
We strive to exceed the expectations of our customers, but at times we will be unable to accommodate later (after 4 pm CST) shipping times due to carrier restrictions.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:
- USPS: We offer various USPS shipping options, with estimated delivery times provided at checkout. Please note that USPS does not guarantee delivery times and does not allow us to inquire about a package once it leaves our facility.
- FedEx: For expedited shipping, we offer FedEx Standard and Priority, FedEx Ground, and 2-Day shipping.
- FedEx will deliver 2-day orders placed on Thursday and Friday the following Monday. If you prefer free USPS shipping these days, please choose the free option and let us know in the notes section at checkout!
- While we strive to ship all orders promptly, unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather delays, natural disasters, carrier mistakes) may occasionally impact delivery times.
Weekend Shipping:
We close our offices on weekends and holidays. If you encounter any shipping mishaps during these times, please email us, and we will respond promptly on Monday morning.
Order Placement Options:
Call-in orders are available upon request between 10 am and 4pm CST, Monday through Friday.
Beyond online ordering, you can also place your order by emailing us at [email protected] or [email protected]. You will then receive a draft order via email to review. Please double-check the address, item, quantity, and shipping method. Once you approve the details, we will contact you to finalize payment via phone or PayPal.
To qualify for same-day shipping, please confirm and pay for your email and phone orders by the cut-off times listed above.

Shipping Policy:
Our products are not for use by or sale to persons under the age of 18 or 21, where applicable.
