General Questions
What are your hours?
Monday through Friday, 10am to 4pm CST.
We are open most days, but are closed on all federal holidays. You can leave us a message on the phone or send us an email and we will answer on the next business day.
Do you offer free samples?
As of August 20, 2024 we do offer free samples! Limit 2 per household, just pay shipping. Starting September 1al, 2024 all orders will receive one free sample with no minimum purchase. If there is a preference for the free sample you are receiving with your paid order please indicate in the notes once strain in powder or capsules your prefer.
Do you offer coupons?
We prefer to set our prices low for everyone rather than rely on coupons to drive a false sense of urgency. Nonetheless we do send our regular coupons via our newsletter and social media pages. Sign up and follow us for regular discounts. We also offer a discount code after each purchase so make sure to mark us “Not spam” to ensure you are getting the best bang for your buck!
Do you offer Veteran discounts?
Yes, we are a veteran-owned and operated business and offer all veterans 15% off every order. To qualify, you will need to send a copy of your DD-214 to [email protected] and we will send you a discount code within 24 hours (excluding weekends).
I called and no one answered
To keep prices low, we have limited office staff. We strive to answer every call promptly. If we are assisting another customer, please leave a message and we will return your call by the end of the day. You can also reach us via email, and we will respond before the workday ends. Keep in mind that our office is closed on weekends.
Do you sell Yellow or Gold strains of Kratom?
To honor our commitment to keeping our prices low, we focus on stocking the most popular kratom strains. As a result, this approach allows us to streamline our inventory and packaging processes, ultimately reducing costs. By managing our resources effectively, we can continue to purchase in bulk and provide our products at the most affordable prices possible.
Your prices are really low, how do I know I am buying good kratom?
1) We streamline our operation to eliminate unnecessary costs, ensuring every step of our supply chain is as efficient as possible.
2) We purchase in bulk to secure the best prices from suppliers.
3) We narrow down our product range to reduce overhead and inventory cost.
4) Our experienced staff is trained in up to date cGMP standards to eliminate extensive training costs
5) Cutting out marketing expenses, We believe your loyalty should be earned, not bought. That’s why we skip costly tactics like rewards programs, subscription services, and manipulative marketing. These expenses ultimately get passed on to you, the consumer, and only benefit the brand. Instead, we focus on providing great service and products, and simply ask for an honest review in return after each purchase.
Payment and Order Questions
What types of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept PayPal, Venmo and credit card payments. If you opt for a mobile payment option at checkout, we’ll send you email and text links to complete your payment. However, please note it’s CRITICAL you only put your order number in the memo, not the word “kratom.” Otherwise, the platform will automatically refund and cancel your order. To clarify, we match payments by name and order number, especially if someone else pays for your order. In the case the order is in your own name, you can leave the memo empty, as no order number is necessary.
Do you offer Cash On Delivery (COD)?

Yes, from 10am to 4m CST Monday through Friday
I ordered the wrong product, what do I do?
If your order has not shipped, email [email protected] and/or call us immediately at 945-241-0297 so we can fix the order. Once it ships, we can arrange a return for you to exchange the product.
I can’t find the product I want
If you have any problems on the site or questions, call us. We’ll gladly help input the order for you and send an invoice for you to review and confirm. Unconfirmed orders will stay pending for 3 days and then be deleted.
Shipping Questions
What are shipping deadlines?
All orders placed by 4pm CST on Weekdays will ship the same day. We don’t ship on weekends, so orders placed over the weekend will ship the following Monday.
Are shipping estimates on the website accurate?
Yes! Our system is directly linked to the shipping providers and estimates come from their systems.
Will my order arrive on weekends?
Weekend deliveries are only made on Saturday by USPS and FedEx Ground. FedEx Express and 2-day require a fee for weekend delivery, please choose FedEx Express Priority on Fridays for overnight shipping.
Will my order ship on weekends?
We don’t initiate shipping on weekends. Orders placed over the weekend will be fulfilled first thing Monday morning.
How will I know when my order ships?
You will receive an email with tracking. It is important you check spam for your tracking details and mark “not spam” to ensure you get a delivery notification, as well as a promotional and post order coupon codes.
What does order pending mean?
Orders will stay in a “pending state” while it is in the process of shipping. The moment your shipping label is printed, you will receive an email with tracking information.
My order shipped, but it’s not moving, What do I do?
To best assist you with any shipping issues, we highly recommend choosing FedEx at checkout. As an added bonus, if you spend over $75, we’ll even include 2-day shipping in your order!
However, if you choose USPS, please understand our ability to help is limited. Not only does USPS not allow us to file a claim until 30 days after we ship your package, but they also almost always deny these claims unless the package is damaged during shipping. Furthermore, we do not insure USPS packages, which leaves you with less protection.
On the other hand, FedEx orders are much easier for us to track and manage. This gives you an extra layer of security and peace of mind. For instance, we can directly contact a representative to check terminals and sorting centers for your package. Furthermore, if there is no movement on your package after the delivery date, we can file a claim with FedEx.
My order is lost, what do I do?
We cannot guarantee packages sent by USPS. However, if your order remains undelivered after 60 days, then we will issue you a refund.
My order is damaged, what do I do?
Please take pictures of the package and contents immediately upon receipt and email them to us at [email protected], [email protected].
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we only ship within the United States, and only to locations where kratom is legal. You can find a full list of exclusions at the bottom of this page.
Return Policy
Return policy
We guarantee the quality of all our products and accept returns, no questions asked. However, for a full refund, the package must contain at least 90% of the product. To initiate a return, please contact us via email at [email protected] or [email protected], or alternatively, you can call us at 945-241-0297. Please DO NOT return packages without notifying us for a return label.
